Vegetarian

Asian cuisine is a great platform for vegetarian dishes. The recipes here are vegetarian specific; however the great thing is that many of the dishes you will find on this site can be tailored to be vegetarian, simply by removing the fish or meat and replacing up with the great range of asian vegetables that exist, such as pak choi, beansprouts, water chestnuts or bamboo shoots.
