Ingredients
1.25kg Piece of belly pork 2tbsp KNORR BLUE DRAGON Thai Red Curry Paste Method
- Heat the oven to 220°C. Rub the KNORR BLUE DRAGON Thai Red Curry Paste all over the pork and place in a roasting dish.
- Cook for 20 minutes then reduce the heat to 140°C and cook for a further 3 hours, until meltingly tender.
- Remove from oven and serve in slices with noodles. Simple and easy but delicious.
