Slow Roast Red Thai Belly Pork by Alison Williams from Globaholic

Ingredients

1.25kg Piece of belly pork
2tbsp KNORR BLUE DRAGON Thai Red Curry Paste
Method
  1. Heat the oven to 220°C. Rub the KNORR BLUE DRAGON Thai Red Curry Paste all over the pork and place in a roasting dish.
  2. Cook for 20 minutes then reduce the heat to 140°C and cook for a further 3 hours, until meltingly tender.
  3. Remove from oven and serve in slices with noodles. Simple and easy but delicious.
